PrePeps supplies research-grade compounds strictly for laboratory research use. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use prepeps.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

At checkout we collect the information needed to contact you and fulfill an order: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address — street, city, state or region, postal code, and country.

If you create an account, we store your email address and the profile details you choose to save so your information can be reused on future orders.

We also keep a record of your orders — the items, quantities, prices, order status, and your research-use acknowledgment, including when it was given.

We do not collect or store payment card details on this site. No card is charged at checkout; payment is arranged separately by our team after we confirm your order.

To confirm, process, and fulfill your order, including contacting you about availability, pricing, payment, and shipping.

To provide customer support and respond to your questions.

To maintain a record that you acknowledged the research-use restriction before purchasing.

To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

Service providers who operate the site and our order records on our behalf — our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database and authentication provider (Supabase). They process data only to provide these services to us.

Shipping carriers, who receive the name and delivery address needed to deliver your order.

Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

We do not share your data with any other third party for their own purposes.

We retain order records and the associated contact and shipping details for as long as needed to support the order and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your data and close your account. Email support@prepeps.co from the address on your order or account and we will respond within 30 days.

Some information may be retained after a deletion request where we are legally required to keep it — for example, transaction records needed for tax or regulatory purposes. We will tell you if that applies.

You can also update your saved details at any time from your account page.

Storage necessary to operate the site is always used: a session cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account, and local browser storage to remember your cart and your display and cookie preferences between visits.

Analytics and measurement cookies are used only if you accept them. When you first visit, you are asked to accept or decline. If you decline, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded and no such cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing your site data.

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the performance of marketing. These services set their own cookies and receive information about the pages you view, including your IP address and general device information.

The Meta Pixel is a cross-site tracking technology. It is loaded only after you accept cookies, and never if you decline.

We do not send these services your name, email address, shipping address, or the contents of your order.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit order records to our team and to the account that placed the order. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update this page and revise the date shown below. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
