These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of prepeps.co and any order you place through it. By using this site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order from us.

These Terms incorporate our Legal & Research-Use Policy and our Privacy Policy by reference.

PrePeps supplies laboratory research materials to qualified researchers and research organizations. Every product listed on this site is sold strictly as a research reference material for in-vitro laboratory and analytical work.

Nothing we supply is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, or food. Our products are not approved by the FDA or any comparable authority for human or veterinary use, and we make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition.

We do not provide medical, clinical, dosing, or veterinary advice, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as such.

To order, you must be at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be a qualified researcher — or be purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business — acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory research.

Before an order can be submitted, you must affirmatively acknowledge at checkout that you are a qualified researcher purchasing strictly for laboratory research use, not for human or animal consumption, and that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Research-Use Policy. This acknowledgment is required, is not pre-selected, and is recorded with your order.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using these materials safely and in compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional requirements that apply to you, including confirming that you may lawfully receive them in your jurisdiction.

You may not purchase, use, or resell any product from this site for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other administration to a human being.

You may not administer any product to an animal, or use it in any living organism, whether for therapeutic, cosmetic, performance, or experimental purposes.

You may not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute any product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or as fit for human or veterinary use, and you may not represent it as approved or intended for any such use.

You may not use these materials in the manufacture of any product intended for human or animal use, or supply them to anyone you know or reasonably suspect intends any of the uses prohibited above.

You may not use the site to place fraudulent orders, misrepresent your identity or research purpose, or circumvent the acknowledgment required at checkout.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe these restrictions may not be honored.

Checkout on this site is concierge-based. Submitting the checkout form is an offer to purchase, not a completed sale, and no card is charged on the site. Our team confirms availability and final pricing and arranges payment before anything ships.

Prices shown are subject to change and may be corrected if an item is mispriced. No contract of sale exists until we confirm your order.

Products are supplied "as is" and "as available" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We expressly disclaim any warranty of fitness for human or veterinary use, because no such use is authorized.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrePeps and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the site, the products, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, the products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrePeps and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or any use of a product in a human or animal.

The content on this site — including text, layout, branding, and images — is owned by PrePeps or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
